Start with a simple intake questionnaire
Before we connect at your consult time, share a brief overview of what is going on so we know what you hope to improve, what you have done up to now, and why this is important to address now.
The Direct Wellness way
Each step is designed to help the team understand your situation before recommending a plan. Not every person will be a good candidate, and that conversation matters.
Before we connect at your consult time, share a brief overview of what is going on so we know what you hope to improve, what you have done up to now, and why this is important to address now.
During your consult, we will discuss your overview, ask relevant questions, and complete prescreen approval. This is also your time to ask questions. We will begin to determine whether you appear to be a good candidate.*
If appropriate, review the therapies, care considerations, estimated costs, available payment options, and support that make sense for your goals.
Once your plan is ready, the team coordinates the start of your protocols around clinical availability and your individual care needs.

Care planning
The goal is a thoughtful plan, not a rushed decision. Your consultation makes room for the practical details that matter, including care setting, follow-up, costs, and payment options.
What’s next?
Direct Wellness offers at-home maintenance options as part of its ongoing care approach. Your plan can include progress check-ins, guidance on what comes next, and a conversation about the support that makes sense for your goals.
Ask the team what at-home options, ongoing monitoring, and maintenance protocols may be available for you.
